Thus, in the “Speech of the Chief Prosecutor,” the prosecutor is dealing with the Case of a certain Defendant, who is essentially accused of placing, as a result of his scientific research, the art of the twentieth century above all other achievements of human culture - above Leonardo, Shakespeare, Mozart...
